We’re on Atomic Array and Google+

Two quick items of news to share:

Gnomes on Atomic Array

DNAphil and I were just on the excellent Atomic Array podcast discussing the Stew’s latest book, Masks: 1,000 Memorable NPCs for Any Roleplaying Game. The hosts, Ed Healy and Rone Barton, put on a professional — and killer — podcast, and Phil and I managed not to embarrass ourselves.

One of my favorite parts was when they put Phil and me on the spot and asked us each to flip to two random pages of Masks and link the first two NPCs we found into a cohesive adventure plot. It’s a nice tech demo of how easy this is to do with Masks.

We’re also offering up a coupon code for $10 off the print edition of Masks, which is at the end of the episode. Here’s the episode.

We’re on Google+, Too

We also recently started up a Gnome Stew Google+ page. We’re still feeling out how to use it, but thus far it’s been a good way to share one-off links and short pieces that aren’t long enough to be articles.

You can also all 10 gnomes on G+ individually. Google+ is a gamer’s paradise, and it’s a fun place to swap ideas and links and connect with other gamers. Here we all are:

Now I’m off to watch the snow come down while I get my inbox down to zero. Happy gaming!
