I’ve had the PDF for a bit now, but the mailman dropped off my hardcopy yesterday (halfway through our DCC / Slumbering Tsar session).
I’m still reading it, but I’m pretty pleased thus far. I don’t recall seeing this kind of resource prior, and as a fellow long time GM, GTD’er and project manager, it’s good show.

I’m glad you’re enjoying it! AFAIK it’s the only book of its kind, and although I’m obviously biased I think Phil did a killer job on it. I would personally never have considered approaching my game prep as a project to be managed prior to reading NU.
